Both. Stories are tagged as either "fiction" or "true story" (true stories are fictionalized — names and locations changed — for safety and privacy).

Stories are generated by AI under an editorial framework, then optionally reviewed by admins before publication.

Yes. Anonymous reads are counted via a secure server-side function.
